[edit] Overview
Dr. Venture ends up in the hospital and find out that there is another member of the Venture family tree. Meanwhile, Hank and Dean (left in Dr. Orpheus' care) decide to run away and end up meeting The Monarch.
[edit] Synopsis
As the Venture Clan is getting off of the X-1 discussing their evening after attending The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Rusty suddenly doubles over in pain. A big bulge is protruding from his stomach and Dean deducts that his father is pregnant. The hospital is crowded with people that were injured at the movie theatre, and the only place Rusty can be put is in the maternity ward. The mystery is afoot! The boys get sent home to sleep over at Dr. Orpheus' while Rusty and his "partner" Brock stay at the hospital for the operation. The doctor gives Rusty some good and bad news. The good news is that it wasn't cancer, the bad news is that whatever was removed, has disappeared.
Back at Dr. Orpheus', Hank convinces Dean that they must leave, or they will be stuck playing second fiddle to the new baby and will become Dr. O's kids. Dean doesn't think that's such a bad thing, until Hank convinces him that this would mean Triana would be his sister, and they'll eventually have "extra-retard" babies. That does it and the boys are off to the city to become famous lion tamers.
Brock and Rusty get home, with Rusty bitching about what bad service he received at the hospital. Brock leaves him on the bed and goes to the kitchen to make him some soup. The oven is torn apart and Brock notices some movement from the corner of his eye. Before he can fully investigate what's happening he gets beat over the head with a wrench. Rusty meantime has fallen asleep and dreams about himself in the womb eating another embryo. He farts and his father appears, telling him that there is another Venture. He punches embryonic Rusty which makes him wake up to what he thinks is another dream. Standing before him is a giant man with a robotic body his foot on Rusty's chest. Rusty panics and pushes the panic button, which sends him to the panic room.
Meanwhile, the boys get stopped by the highway patrol for going 15 in a 60 mph zone. There's a misunderstanding between them and the officer so they get arrested and hauled away to jail. In jail, The Monarch is conducting a "scared straight" session where he sees the boys. He tells them he put a hit on them because Dr. Girlfriend needs her space.
Back at the compound Rusty is being chased around by the robotic man, which is revealed to be Rusty's twin which he absorbed in the womb. H.E.L.P.eR. is attempting to free Brock from the charger where he has been tied up and ends up driving the car into the lab where Rusty and his brother are arguing with each other. The car crashes into Rusty's brother and knocks him out of the robotic body. When Brock is going to squish the new Venture brother under his mighty foot (he's a little bugger!) Rusty stops him and tells him that it's his brother. The brother introduces himself as Jonas Venture Jr. Then Dr. Orpheus comes in and tells them that the boys are in jail.
Later, Dr. Orpheus, Brock, Rusty and J.J. are in the car, with J.J. and Rusty discussing who's going to get what. Dr. Orpheus is letting the boys drive ahead of them to return some of their dignity. 21 and 24 show up in the Monarchmobile checking off items on the to-do list The Monarch gave them. 21 needs a haircut and a gun shop to buy some ammo for a shot gun so they can kill Hank and Dean. They see the Venture brothers and pull alongside them. Not recognizing them, they ask for directions to a barber shop and a gun shop, while 21 holds the gun to show them. Unfortunately, the gun really was loaded, and he fires the gun, killing both Hank and Dean.
