Mentioned only in passing, the Boys' Brigade appears to be some sort of youth non-powered auxiliary to Team Venture, much like Captain America's Teen Brigade. Members included a young Richard Impossible and Hamilton Fantamos, along with an unidentified boy: a 50's style jock in a 'V' college sweater and another awkward looking boy who may or may not be Rusty Venture dressed in a Eagle Scout Uniform. Rusty has never explicitly mentioned being in the Boys Brigade and Richard and Hamilton are considerable older than Rusty as they were tenured professors at State University while Rusty was a student.

the unidentified boy: a 50's style jock in a 'V' college sweater may be General Manhours or it could be Sgt. Hatred who would be around the right age and has a penchant for letters or perhaps Bud Manstrong.
